A premium for a Tritium 3800 is justifiable, if it comes with dial, hands and bezel triangle in Tritium and fitting wing shaped box and papers. But that's just my personal take on it... ;-)

Rare sure but not a huge premium over just "Swiss" dial which is whiter looking luminova. So yes nicer looking with tritium and a nice find.
