im sorry but ur being naive if you think swatch group actually cares about that kind of things,,,they just answer because they have to, the luxury watch industry has never been as good as this so they just dont care because they are selling their watches no matter what....
sorry for being rude, i understand that u're angry and disappointed (u have very good reasons for) but u got your money back so just buy your patek and pray...these are HAND MADE(assembled) products there will always be a chance for your watch to be totally messed up even if you payed it a million $..

Well if the watch would start working it would keep perfect time. Once the power was used up then and after winding the watch it would not start.It would also not start unless you moved the hours hands. Once or twice it did start when you shook the watch....
