If you want a bracelet version
you should buy the bracelet version because, in general, it will cost you more money if you buy the strap version and then buy a separate bracelet. Never worn or handled the bracelet for the Transatlantique so can't give you any opinions on it.
Thanks for the kind words on the pics but they're not that good. They're almost 5 years old and taken with my old point and shoot :P

Agreed. There is simply something classic about the proportions of the XX. I even like the lady's XX size which is smaller, yet also features a date and 12 hour chronograph.
