The 7225 is a wonderful timepiece. For whatever reason I happen to prefer the Souscription, but I definitely understand why many could prefer the 7225 or even the 7235. You are going to welcome a major watch in your collection ! Best, Emmanuel

Of the three, I'm partial to the 7225, mostly because of the mechanics, which I feel are housed better here than in the previous Classique 7727. I'm not so sure about the new cases, but what really makes me smile are engraved plates and bridges on the 722...

Like you pointed out, the other two watches are, in my opinion, too convoluted for their own good, and the inscription on the mainspring cylinder for the Souscription rather ironically emphasizes why I much prefer the execution on it as opposed to the oth...

How do you feel about the horns vs the traditional straight welded? For some reason, based on pictures only, I might prefer the straight ones on the 7225, 7235. On the other hand, those on the 2025 I think work as they are. I might need time and hands on ... 

the traditional straight ones, which don’t wear very well on my wrist. If you have the opportunity to try these watches on, I think you should seize it. It’s the only way to really know how these watches might work (or not) for you. Best, Emmanuel

Yes, the 7225 is a bit large, but it’s wearable even for my 16 cm wrist and it’s a stunning watch (even if I personally prefer the 2025). Best, Emmanuel

I’ve always been a huge fan of Breguet, but found their straight lugs unappealing. Looks like Breguet has since worked ok rectifying that, with these sloping and contoured lugs. 7225 is the winner for me

But, like you apparently, I am more upset by the engraving on the back of 7225 and 7235, which I find a bit gimmicky or anecdotal. The engraving on the barrel of the Souscription makes sense, though, and I accept it. Best, Emmanuel

These all are beautiful and I really like the new case design. I think the classic flat lugs protrude a bit much and are not as refined looked. Based on pictures, the moon phase really jumps out for me.

and lugs. The 7235 is wonderful but the front is better than the back for me. I prefer manual winding calibers and I’m not fond of the micro rotor with a large B, nor of the engravings on the plates and bridges. The movement of the Souscription is much mo...

OK, so I just noticed this on the official Breguet web site: as in the photos above, the face on the 7235 moonphase display appears upside-down . This was not the case in those iterations of the 3337 and 3137 that included the face. (Not all did.) What gi...  

I think this choice might be based on a search of coherence with the Roman numerals, which are also following the round shaped of the case without being flipped: IV, V, VI, VII, VII are "bottom up". Best, Emmanuel ...  

I kinda feel like the caseback should have been more carefully and intricately decorated.

The more I see it, the more I like the Souscription watch. I really hope Breguet will issue a two hand model. I love the historical aspect of both the front and the back. If they don't, this one will be on my wish list! I still need to get used to the new... 

I would be tempted by the Souscription. But these two watches are too similar: white enamel dial, single-hand time display. Of course, there are also many differences, but they aren't enough for me, especially considering the price. Furthermore, for every... 

The whole idea is based entirely on a single hand, and a two-hand model would completely change the identity of the watch, in my opinion. But why not, after all? I just think I wouldn't feel attracted anymore... That's the paradox, for me: the single hand...
