For this one I like the overall aesthetics.
As an addition I really like the silver type XX. I had assumed it was bigger but at 38.3 I am really liking it. Paired with the equal size sub dials and the fonts they used (although the main numerals could look better) it really is a charming piece.

I was very disappointed when I tried on the black Type XX.
Didn't like the watch, not the movement decoration. The Souscription is a clear favorite for me here, along with the Phases de lune. But I agree with you: it's too big, unfortunately.
Two big favorites.
Money no object it would be the Tourbillon Sidéral. A more realistic target is the superb black dial Type XX .

I like the guilloche dial and the center seconds. I also think the 7255 is beautiful.
Yes, the last one is beautiful, but piece unique, unfortunately.

I didn't get the chance to try the silver Type XX, only the black one.
And I was very disappointed. It didn't look good on my wrist and the movement decoration felt gimmicky to me.
The Classique Souscription is a really nice watch...
...not perfect...I could do without the engraved words on the movement (though in real life they are near invisible). And the case could be a tad thinner. But the gold color is fantastic as is the dial. And I like the single hand. Reminds me that it's OK ...

Size can be an issue (that's what she said!)...
...but seriously, I really like the new case style. And I would also be interested in a non-limited version if it were a bit smaller and thinner. 38 x 9.5 would be perfect...
