I 've got an answer from Breguet. They assure me the movement of my watch is perfect, and apologize because of the human mistake of their service in Spain, that caused the hour hand was not fitted properly to the shaft.
Well. Alright ... What will be the next time?

When you have a chance let us know a little more. Who contacted you. Did you get direct contact from Breguet HQ or local Breguet Rep/AD. Was it the letter writing calling of posting that help effect the response. Anything to help the guy solve his/her pro...
