Breguet

as it has been quite a while since I took this watch out, but the love is still strong I realized ...  

One of the classic reference in Breguet line up. The Arabic numerals and the simplicity makes it a timeless piece . Enjoy it in best of health !

I can imagine my daughter wearing it 15 years down the road and it won't feel out of place.

I wanted to see how I liked the two Classiques I was interested in: this enamel 7147 vs the rose-engine-engraved-dial 5140. Funny, but watches look different on my wrist than they do sitting on a jeweler's tray. On the tray, the 5140 looked more interesti... 

it sure does not wear big while I do agree it would have been classier at 40mm

thought it was 42mm all along. maybe coz of the white dial, it looks big....

beerstyle An oldie but goodie. I'm chuckling at the juxtaposition of three things Breguet: Breguet pomme hands, Breguet numerals, Breguet signature logo. You can't get any more Breguet than that except maybe the "coin edge" pattern on the case sides. Rega...
