Breguet

Extra flat calibers are a classic goal in watchmaking

I would, and have actually, choose a micro rotor movement over a cantral rotor one.

With a micro rotor the whole watch becomes very slimm.
In your list a microrotor is missing from AP (and I wonder at the monent if has got an micro rotor movement at all).
But AP makes it up with a cleverly designed central rotor movement and achieves a movement of just 3mm height.
Patek's 240 is around 2,45 or 2,5 mm high and slimmer than your mentioned Breguet movement.
That makes it the thinnest of all mentioned movements.

What is nice about your mentioned Breguet movement is the open barel, which is not used often.

Reliability, accuracy and finish are nothing to worry about at this level of watchmaking.

My choice: Patek's caliber 240.

Tell us what you went for.

Best
