Finally, after several years of looking at it and thinking about it, I just got delivery of my new yellow gold 5207. Love it. I have several Pateks, a UN GMT Perpetual, Rolex, Corum and several others. The 5207 is without a doubt the most elegant looking of the bunch, and much less expensive that the Pateks and UN! And the retrograde is just cool. My first breguet and couldn't be happier.
