Definitely the two tourbillons
The La Tradition tourbillon is a masterpiece and very aggressively priced. I can only think of two drawbacks for the watch - first, I can't afford it; second, it is too big to fit under a cuff.
On the other hand, the Messidor tourbillon is a size convenient for everday wear, and it looks good. But it is not the technical tour de force that the La Tradition tourbillon is.
