Breguet Reveil du Tsar - accuracy / service
Hi,
Nine months after purchasing a Breguet 5707 in Singapore:
- I am still as excited about that watch as I was the first day, I've been wearing it every day, using the alarm regularly, as well as the second time zone.
- I was at first unhappy with its accuracy, I documented about + 10 seconds a day. My AD sent the watch to Breguet for tuning ... it has now been running at +1 or +2 seconds average per day - I could not have hoped for a better accuracy!.
- Breguet service center made a small mistake when the watch was in their hand, but they fixed it in no time and my AD got me today a little gift from Breguet ... nice gesture!
Conclusion: excellent watch, excellent service, excellent AD in Singapore!

A most exquisite dial
I love mine too. It wears surprisingly comfortably on the wrist. But perhaps my eyesight is failing me. I wish it was a little more legible though. But then again, I don't buy watches to tell time....
My 5707 is not so lucky....
It has been sent to hospital for 10+ months! The hour hand didn't "click" when adjusting it for setting the date. I am still waiting for its return.
10 months is ridiculous
Can't your dealer do something about it? It's beyond a reasonable amount of time.
You migth have itback by now as your post is almost a month old, but
If you have not got it back by now I would email Breguet directly. I have on a couple of occasions for technical information and they have always replied within a couple of days.... more than I can say for some makers. kindest regrads, jack
