I think its a great addition to the 50 fathoms line despite the unpractical aspects pointed out earlier.
It looks great in pictures, very intimidating in real life. It does not have the daily wearability of other high end dive watches from Rolex, AP or Richard Mille even those with depth scales like IWC and JLC.
But despite the massive size, I thinks it looks stunning.
BTW, I saw pictures of an x fathoms with slightly tidier dial design which was identified as the production model. The Blancpain web site has the original pictures as in your review. Can you clear this up? I have no Blancpain dealer in my area.
