I asked some of your questiones. Readability? Change of the hands? ...?
The original version looks good to me, but not when it is dark. Readability is/was the issue for me.
A picture to explain my issue:
Looks ok on the picture, but is getting worse after a few hours in the dark. Never was sure about the time, when I woke up at night.
So, you are not alone with your observations ;-)
Unfortunately, there is no (good) solution to solve it :-(

Well, Yves, I guess that you already did it, if you posted the pic...
BUT, I prefer the original. The partially skeletted hands aren't here for nothing else than avoiding to hide the informations dispalyed on the dial. With the full hands, they avoid these informations. Best, Nicolas

Yves, I definitely agree on the visibility factor of the full-length luminescent hands but am unsure if they go with this watch. I think perhaps the other dial style (with full military numerals) of the GMTAlarm might be better suited for such a modificat...
