My guess it takes 3-6 weeks to repair because Swatch Group most likely does not have Blancpain parts available. I initially shipped it to the place I purchased it, but found that shipping it directly to Swatch Group in NJ was faster and I could track my repair status.

Thank you for your reply. But in my case I think that the bezel is not working properly since it now moves both clockwise and counterclockwise. I called the blancpain boutique in new york and they instructed me to send it to them for fixing.
