… as to which diver was first. There have been many articles stating Blancpain FF before Rolex Sub. 


But told Rolex Sub was presented to the public in May 1954 at the Basel fair, compared to Blancpain patent below dated after.  Or does it really not matter so much?

At bottom says June 11, 1954 is when the name was first registered in Switzerland.

At least in the US, when your patent is registered (finally approved as a new invention) could be YEARS after you submitted the application for prosecution.

Of the Fifty Fathoms this year. I like the 42mm size of the series 1 just released, let’s see what they do for the next series this year.
