Great post, dear Henrik!

You know that I am on my special journey exploring fine watches of Blancpain. So your passion and experience is particularly helpful for me.

Besides the Fifty Fathoms Grande Date Titanium I came down to two perpepetual calendars so far:

1. the new 40mm version 6656 in platinum or the
2. the larger 42mm version 6659 in either rose gold or platinum with white Grand Feu enamel dials

Now you have broadened my mind again with your beautiful 6639 which from now on I have to consider too. The whole decision process doesn’t become easier... 😬

Your post is very seductive and shows an intriguing piece of art. The dial, the shape of the case, the colours...
I also like your „downsizing“ with this ostrich strap.

For me the shape of the case is very well thought out. So you get the maximum of dial space and on the other hand it sits with a smaller surface on the wrist. This felt very comfortably when I tried the FF.
