Agree that it's very nice...
Just one small thing I think they could improve upon - the buckle and metal elements on the strap are grey, not blue - would make it more colour co-ordinated IMHO if they adapted those elements, too.
Is there a big difference from the previous one of just the gray face.

There is a difference.
The first Ocean Commitment limited edition featured a blue dial, blue ceramic bezel, and gray ceramic case, crown and pushers. So the colors of the dial, case, crown and pushers is changed in this new limited version.
As much as I love the creations of Blancpain and the Bathyscaphe in particular...
