How all began lovin watches
Jul 16, 2022,04:06 AM
Congratulations.
Born in the 80s must be a paradise.
I was born in the 70s, so we are among the younger members.
I am also fortunate growing up in a good family. I was never in North America or Asia, but i seen almost every EU country incl Switzerland when i was young.
On lake Geneva, so on holy waters.
Friends of my parents are into watches, clocks, and pocket watches, and i see there the first Swatch and Breitling when i was playing with Casio g-shock.
Jean Claude Biver is a fantastic guy. I like his philosophy of lovin life.
The other icon in watches, Jack Heuer is the best watch teacher for me, albeit Mr Willy Breitling made the first pilot watch and belongs at one of the highest stairs.
Breguet, JD, and Louis Moinet are a trio that can be not unnoticed.
To celebrate with a Blancpain say everything.
A watch that rocks all my requirements, and can be paired great fully with some fifty fathoms.
In my view an IWC is the last that complete the tail of a collection.
Albeit it is good to put a JLC into the middle.

It's fun to relive some of the past memories down our path of watch collecting. I loved reading your story. Actually, this theme has popped up a few times recently and got me thinking about my first-ever "luxury watch", whichi I fell in love with at first...

Many congrats for this beautiful piece! I have to confess I have just one BP (FF in RG) in my collection and I’m now a big fan of this brand. And of course of Mr. Biver. Thank you also for the nice story behind. All the best Thomas
