Futility?
"The most futile talked about « the uselessness of an enormous mechanical depth gauge when dive computers exist»"
I think this misrepresents the argument *for* dive computers and why they are so preferred over timers & tables. Especially for recreational diving.
It's great to discuss the technical merits of the watch - I'd like, for example, to see how they realised the two depth displays, it appears from your photos that there may be separate mechanical sensors - but to tell divers what is superior or useful or 'real' is to brook dissent, as the interminable equipment/technique/training threads on Dive discussion boards will attest.

I look at this watch and see what I feel is everything unfortunate about the direction of the sport watch industry... a crazily oversized beast of a watch with all kinds of pointless design features... a watch no one will ever use of its designed purpose....
