Blancpain

Featuring the Le Brassus GMT

The Blancpain Le Brassus GMT watch is magnificent, classically styled timepiece which embodies the finest Swiss traditions of craftsmanship; refined, elegant, and luxurious, it fully upholds the rich traditions of Blancpain as a producer of exclusive haute horologerie.

The Blancpain Le Brassus GMT watch unites the useful functionality of a supplementary GMT hand, with the classic complete calendar complication.

Like the famous triple-calendar watches which were introduced by many distinguished brands during the 1940's and 1950's, the Blancpain Le Brassus GMT watch features the traditional arrangement of day of the week and month in two windows in the upper part of the dial, as well as a supplementary crescent-tipped hand that orbits the dial to indicate the day of the month.

A moonphase display at the lower portion of the dial completes this harmonious arrangement, and indicates the waxing and waning of earth's celestial neighbor.

A close inspection of the richly detailed silvered dial, complete with golden leaf-shaped hour and minute hands, reveals a slim red-tipped hand that travels along a 24-hour scale; this indication allows the wearer to display a second time zone, such as Universal Time Coordinated, or a home time location. Note the dome shaped sapphire.

Soild case back with serial number and yet another Blancpain logo engraved.
