Might be the photos playing with my perspective, but it seems to me that the Pakistani iteration has slightly smaller indices and more narrow hands which would make the reading a tad sharper? Probably not, but have they reduced the profile of the acrylic too? Looks like the bezel inlay is slimmed down a bit, the grip tilted and trimmed to a bare minimum and the gaps reduced?
