When you look at it, it basically is a helicopter, but to make a helicopter electric you probably never will be able to put in an electrical motor for that big propellor. So in this case you need an amount of smaller electric motors with a smaller propellor directly mounted to each motor. The bigger horizontal faced propellor gives it some extra forward propulsion i guess. Looks easy but isnt easy i guess

Battery packs are the two bars each with 4 electric motors. If something like this ever reaches production the battery pack will be more stylish.
