Why not something from Porsche Design?

 

I could not think of any other watch matching the classic outlines and design details of a 911.

While not of the same vintage, this Flat Six chronograph with wits blue dial nicely complements the car's style:



Or the new PD Monobloc, also with blue dial:

In my eyes, the Tag Heuer watches do not really match a 911.

1. Modern: Any platinum VC Traditionnelle model, with matt slate grey dial and coupled with VC's blue leather straps...dreamy 2. Vintage: Blancpain FF Aqua Lung preferably...glorious

I was thinking maybe a Heuer Carrera -83-84 (ref. 510.523). Last Carrera before TAG. What do you think?
