I change the top on my Jeeps every 4 or 5 years as needed, but that is child’s play compared to what you did. I am looking at a early 90’s 600SL, and am glad to see this can be done in my garage.
Your car looks gorgeous!

What about a soft top change?

Soft top change on MB 500SL-91 I don´t looks that bad. But it´s hard to see against the windows. So I start to open it up. And stops here. Let the work begin. I have to protect the painting. Here we go with the top. Now it´s history. And the back. Factory...
Great job!

did you do the whole top or just the rear window section? Do the colors match up between the two sections? Thanks, Wojo

I look forward to see what you come up with

It's not so hard to change the top when it's in two parts. Common sense and a slow-moving will do it. It is logically structured so it's hard to fail.
A labour of love!
