Really appreciate the owner's eye view, especially with the direct

 

comparisons with the Elise. 

I've been tempted, and now, knowing the Evora is more "livable with" without sacrificing (too much) of the driver's feel and traction (it seems you feel it is actually improved?) certainly higher up on the probability list.

I'm looking forward to a ride someday!

ps: were the "issues" with the Elise - ergos, shifter, etc - a large part of the reason for the change?
