Nice to hear that your passion is reignited
For me they don’t really touch my heartstrings.
They are accomplished cars and the sports cars are pretty robust and hence we often used them for driving events, as most other machinery simply wasn’t capable of dealing with repeated use as intended (in addition to Porsche the Nissan GT-Rs and anything by Renaultsport was quite robust). The SUVs are much flimsier and don’t take hard driving that well.
But apart from the 959 none of the more modern ones really call out to me that much.

the other day that Porsche is re-focusing on the ICE models. As for the kids, I suspect very soon they will start to say "wow, it's a porsche" when they start to get their hands on one 😅

There’s other reasons…
The fact that the start of production came two years after it was originally planned is a main contributor to it performing poorly in the market. And let’s not forget that the petrol powered Porsches are cratering in the Chinese market at the same time 🤷🏻...

Lamborghini Huracan has been my favorite of late.
it's reliable. Steering isn't perfect. Bad visibility. But otherwise great!
