Much of a difference with paint film and ceramic coating, I guess the car will at least be protected from minor rock chips, I guess, 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. If you would have asked me 10 years ago if I would spend a decent used car amount of money on paint ...  

I only have 260 miles from the car dealer to the detailer, guess it’s still new 🤪🤪🤪

...either way, that thing will be really fun to drive...rev it up!

Very good explanation!! I plan to try the water repellant properties when the coating and film has cured... What’s your thoughts on putting a car cover ceramic coating and/or ppf? Oh, and no ceramic brakes for me, a bit costly and I don’t need them... ... 

Yeah, it’s interesting that Ceramic pro has such a long cure time. Someday I’ll get someone to explain the cure time thing for me—coatings are typically around 5 microns thick and my understanding of curing is allowing a thorough drying/evaporation of wha... 

Re, the car cover, I was thinking of getting an outdoor cover for my car to protect it since I don't have room in my garage... But yeah, I am thinking that a car cover will scratch the ceramic... maybe, i'll likely not use it.....

You have plenty of protection, including against UV rays. If it’s a daily or frequent driver, just leave it uncovered and enjoy it. You can easily clean it now! I personally find the car washing process mentally relaxing, but I could just be weird. Plus, ... 

Yeah, I’ll likely pass on the car cover and wash the car often to bond with it... I’ll prob get some shad protector for the inside to block the UV rays from damaging the interior...
