Actually my client who lives in that region himself calls it ... 'the part of Belgium where (most) people don't like to work' ... i invite you to come over and have a look into our social system of dividing money to the 'poor' people ;-) , especially in 'THAT' part of our country.
To make a waaaaay tooooooooo loooooong story short, anyone here working and earning 100 Euro has to give at least 56% to the government ... of the remaining 44 % they pay 21 % VAT on anything as well as those who have to pay for their own fuel will probably spend over 10% on that as well .... so they're left with just under 30 % .... .
Now imagine my client living in between those 'mongrels' and having to face persecution because he works extremely hard and driving a BMW, being haunted by the taxman etc etc etc .... the stories i heard (not only from him, also other people living there) are just mind-blowing.
That the reason i proudly call it ... THE PART OF THE COUNTRY WHERE THEY ... ARE LAZY , too lazy to pull a finger ....
A decent American Indian like you should far from worry about what's going on here

"...a part of our country where they don't like to work." Talk about an overgeneralization, which should have no place either here or anywhere, really. As an American Indian, I'm probably more attune to this than most, especially those in majority society...
