I love this video... You may too...

To me, haptics is something that's very important to me.  Mercedes-Benz and BMW are two manufactures that I personally know have dedicated teams working on the haptics of their car's interior buttons.

In my current car, I have a turn signal stalk that delivers the most wonderful haptic feedback.  The detent is well pronounced, and the resistance firms up perfectly.  The stalk feels solid.  I find myself almost enjoying using the turn signal stalk while driving.  No, I'm not changing lanes excessively, but I'm definitely signaling!

One small haptic problem with the Lamborghini Aventador I experienced was with the paddle shifters.  The paddle shifters themselves are quite solid, they're actually made of metal.  But they're connected to the steering column in this plastic box.  This plastic box flexes tremendously, and when you squeeze the shift paddle, the plastic creaks.  The only problem to an otherwise perfect car.  But at $500,000 USD in the US, and even more in other counties, you'd expect perfection.
