... and yet the devil is in the detail - as always. I do not doubt that the car will be fine for several years, but cars like this are not purchased for a year or two. They are built to see (semi-)professional use for ten or fifteen years (just look at older Defenders or Landcruisers, I see those with more than two decades on their odometers driving regularly here. This is possible because of huge manufacturing numers and consequently a large base of parts.
But try to get even the so-called "standard" parts for Iveco Massif or my Bremach after ten or fifteen years. This is either impossible or at huge costs. And when looking at the two sunroof windows of the INeos, I am ready to bet that they will be leaking within five years ...

The BMW parts should be easy to source but certain interior parts might be more of a challenge indeed 👍🏻 And it will finally depend on the financial health of the ‘mother company’ - if that wanes, such hobbies tend to end as well.
