…. going on my local BMW website to book a service online yesterday for my M850 BMW.
INEOS Grenadier Trailmaster with a BMW 3.0 six cylinder engine. Interesting story as to why it was created. No frills car. Big. Bold. Basic.
Going to test drive in two weeks time.

I owned a G Wagen for 3 years, good car, used to be rare, not anymore, Quality of the Ineos interior, body much higher than the Defender at par with the G Wagen steel body.
for me they team took the best of the pre W463-A Update G Wagen and Defender and created the Ineos which for me makes it better than both of them in my opinion. Price is half of the G-Wagen. S
friend of mine had the G and sold it, cause he wanted the Ineos

Well didn't sell my G - gave it to my wife. Happy wife happy life. But the Ineos Grenadier is completely different....
A real of road car appreciated by everyone. While with the G you get a eyebrow upon riding, with the Ineos it is completely different. and in real it looks great and inside pretty comfortable as well.
As good as the G on road? I have to make a decision on a G shortly and may then test drive the Ineos?
And there is a new Landcruiser coming which looks interesting at half the potential cost!
On the road G is much more comfortable. Ineos is a workhorse which much larger wheel base, tyres,...as a result max. speed of 140km. While the G drives so smooth that even at a pace of 190km/hour you hardly feels you are speeding.
But if you want to be orginal there is only one car that excels: the INEOS

The BMW parts should be easy to source but certain interior parts might be more of a challenge indeed 👍🏻 And it will finally depend on the financial health of the ‘mother company’ - if that wanes, such hobbies tend to end as well.
