The most all around fun car I ever owned. Track and auto-x on the weekends, daily driver to work during the week, and not bad for the occasional road trip if the A/C was working. Similar to the Z4M, the e28M5 got the fastest BMW steering rack at the time ...

My wife had a 528e -our daughter came home in a storm one night -she had run over a tree and actually drove several miles with a log somehow attached under the vehicle. The damage was minimal
