It goes without saying I’m a loyal Land Rover customer. Love their SUVs as it’s like driving on a cloud. When they announced the return of the Defender I was really excited but was unwilling to pay the $50-100k mark up for the V8 Carpathian. Well my patience paid off. My dealer called me about 1 month ago offering it to me while it was being shipped over. Mark up was negligible. And well another V8 joins the stable. I know the clock is ticking on the V8’s, 10 and 12s, so I’ve been trying to buy when I can. Love this car, hope you gents do as well.

I now enjoy looking only since driving cannot bring me pleasure anymore but I really do love the look and the concept. I wish I can still enjoy a drive but at least my son does and very much even, to such an extent that he is now working in the automotive...

This one get a lot of use since it will be my commuter car so I'm confident it will rake up a lot of miles both on and off road.

It feels like a big heavy box with a growly engine. Which has it's unique appeal.
If I was going to buy the Defender it was only going to be the V8 and specifically either the Bond version or Carpathian. So I was patient and that patience paid off.
