An interesting take here . . . .
Not sure if you read Mark Hughes' excellent post-race reports. Rather long, but always fascinating and a reminder that there is so much more going on behind the scenes than what we see televised.

He addresses this issue head on:
"Did Ferrari inform Räikkönen pre-race that at the stops the plan was to put Vettel – as the Scuderia’s title challenger – in front, by running him longer and overcutting Räikkönen? Did Kimi refuse to go along with it? Did he try to frustrate that plan by backing Vettel into the cars behind at the crucial time? Try to make Vettel vulnerable to being undercut by Bottas or a Red Bull?"
Lots of intrigue! And, of course, we will never know for sure.
Just heard Verstappen's reaction to Kimi getting pole:
"ha ha ha, I think the last time he had pole I was like 11..." (Max V) LOL
I would love to see 2 x Finnish flag in the podium and the other in the middle.
Preferably Ferrari winning as I never bought a MB. Best Kari

People shouldn't underestimate him. The only thing that could hurt him is his concentration curve at the end of the race...

So what's the verdict?
Did team orders influence when Kimi was brought into the pits? Was the fix in for Vettel in the Ferrari camp? Judging by Kimi's demeanor after the race, he certainly felt so.
Well...both Kimi and Max got 'robbed' from podium places...
But if it was intentional??
