…a guy I knew used to buy not the best but “the most expensive” of anything. He was a rather short guy with a big rear end. So he ordered a BMW 6 series, I think it was, a two door big car. The most expensive seats for that car were Recaro racing leather ... 

Locked in, no sliding around, yet very comfortable.

Ps: some friends when students used to play with 924s (they were cool kids!), their car interiors were very 80s too, with checkered flags, etc. What an era!
