In this hotel, certain young royalty heirs (will not comment on origin to avoid insinuations on cultural backgrounds) are spending much of their year there. They rent one floor or so the entire year long. And it has been them paying to have this car painted so to be eventually chauffered around in an ‘extravagant’/cool car

A Bentley Arnage is at best over a decade old and was never an easy car to drive nor maintain. Definitely a strange hotel house car!

It is a bargain to buy, but a money pit to drive. Even parking would be expensive where i live. So be boring, Mercedes S class and 7 series from BMW are always logical when it comes to bigger luxury cars for daily use.
