The AP perpetual is extremely well balanced, the dial is very readable (less so at night as it goes almost black) and while the Moon is a touch small for some, very nicely done and fits in with the complication sub dials. I wore it yesterday-to celebrate the rare blue full moon based on the beginning of spring and the beginning of summer, it wears and fits perfectly, I’ve had it now for about 45 days and would rate it very highly overall albeit there are little quips that can be pointed out. I have the Patek Perpetual 5320 that retails for much more and while a very nice watch certainly doesn’t create the excitement the AP does for me and the people that see it, it is one of the few watches I own that gets noticed often. That might have something to do with the Aventurine dial and the dual sloped crystal that is quite unique, you can also see the depth of the moon phase cut out in the pictures below that I think creates a remarkable 3D appearance...Jim
