I too have sold watches I absolutely loved but ended up not wearing. This passion is an interesting one; we learn so much as we go, and the best way to learn is through experience. Your photos are great and I am glad you shared them. Also, as Nicolas says... 

A kind of semi sweet beautiful story... thanks for sharing. I must say the RG + blue dial is drop dead gorgeous. Perhaps it would have been a little more versatile on a strap, but then, the AP demands full metal! Looking forward to seeing what takes its p...

I too had sold a watch or too that I loved. But if you are not wearing it saw I wasn't, then it is silly to keep. A watch is meant to be on the wrist, not loved from afar. I am sure its replacemen(s) will make you much happier!

So easy to wear, and yet so classy, so purely perfect... No other watch is like this. And, most importantly for a daily wearer supposed to live with you: --> the more tiny scratches it has, the less shiny the polished surfaces get, ...the SEXIEST it be...  

The fountain is amazing, one of the most interesting modern ones I've seen, personally I have more respect for historical ones such as Trevi, Cibeles, etc, but it is true that the Burj one is a fine piece of art and engineering, I love the water drops cho...
