As shown, I agree the hand under question is not up to AP standards.
We don't need to mince words here, defects are defects, and I don't think AP would argue the point either, if presented to them.
Whoever bought that piece, if they care enough about it, can present it back to AP for correction.
Of course, not all find the issue that important, and that's alright too.
