Putting this watch down on your nightstand and you'll be able to hear it ticking all night!

I have no idea how they polish those scalloped barrel wheels in the back with that curvature. I find that amazing. I'm guessing some sort of pear wood disc in a special shape.

The first night, I was wondering, what is this strange sound I was hearing. I thought maybe one of the water pipes in the house was open. Then I thought some more... It's not a water sound. Could it be coming from outside? Some neighbor with some strange ... 

The unusual sound is one of the many likable and endearing quirks about this watch. The sound isn't offensively loud, you can only hear it in a quiet environment, like a bedroom. It's not intrusive. The other quirk about this watch is that the escapement ...
