The seller says he is and he said he has never seen that book before... and he also purchased his rb2 rose gold new and that didn't come with that book either. Obviously, the book exists! haha! I bought if from a collector who was the first and only owner till then. He sold me the full set so if the special book was part of the original set, I'd have it. I'll check and get back to you when i can.
