However, the one thing that gives me pause is that it doesn't look like an AP once the bezel is cut away like that. It wasn't immediately obvious to me that this was in fact an AP. What do you think? Is there enough AP RO in this for you?
Bit it does wear very huge 45mm even more prominent than the 44mm offshore tourbs I definitely camt pull it off even if i had the resources (which i dont) But it is indeed a spectacular piece
.....more Industrial than elegant. The skeletons like 15305 luk more endearing despite having a hollow luk. The RG version stilll luks warmer than this 'fabrication' in white metal.
In the context of this particular model design it actually is more better than if the bezel was full One main reason and aspect is the the bridges carrying the barrels and wheels come descending from the bezel , from the screws. The bezel screws is what’s...
Now you’d have plenty of room for a nice thick bezel without disturbing the bridge work. I know, I know, I pretty much live alone on Planet Big Watch, LOL NickO
And it just didn't sing to me. Maybe it is one of those designs that just takes a little time to get used to. I can think of several watches I did not like when they originally came out but later came to appreciate. All the best, NickO
