I was speaking with my neighbor today , while he was doing yard work. I noticed he was wearing his PP Aquanaut with the orange band. He owns a couple of Patek watches, likes them, but Isn’t what I would call a watch guy. Would you wear your nicest watch d...
He was planting flowers and pulling weeds, so not like swinging a sledgehammer or digging a post hole.
I’m not sure that I’d wear my Casio , doing yard work lol
I just remembered the talking watches episode with
John Mayer talking about cleaning up dog poop in a PP.
If I had an aquanaut, I would.
But I’d never do such manual labor with a gorgeous royal oak. There, now my allegiances are clear to all 😁
I think I've worn my good watches in many hard work
including yard. Exceptions: I will not wear a vintage for a damaging job. I will not wear a watch when painting, simply because it's the only damage that will be really hard to clean w/o service.
