I kept mine and serviced

The first one in 42mm with rectangular shaped pushers just like the 44mm. It was a bold design back in 2004, with movement displayed, and unusual tapestry design. Only on special occasion I wear it out. Changed the original strap with a white diver strap and completely transformed the look of this watch. I also kept the RB II, though the market value for both have dropped, it will always be AP's most iconic pieces in 42mm. Who knows 15 years later, Code 1159 may be another iconic piece for AP... Cheers

A terrific looking piece. People change out the white stitch strap but I feel it looks best on this ti version. In person, the watch is 10 times nicer than any picture can capture. The carbon fiber almost looks holographic.

I also agree that it looks best on its original leather strap but it is not very comfortable on my wrist. I had to put it on a rubber strap and titanium buckle to make it fit well. I think it is the clasp size or position that makes it rather uncomfortabl...
