Salmon dial is an acquired taste. I happen to LOVE it. I was lucky enough to have bumped into 2 outstanding samples of the Royal Oak with salmon dial. I did not get to keep the first one for long, which was a huge regret. Now with this 2nd piece of salmon...

Yes, AP made these salmon dial ROC in WG many years back and I believe in low production number. Salmon dials are alluring to me too

That watch looks outstanding on your wrist. It has much more personality than the typical white dialed version. I almost bought a Breguet XX one time a number of years ago that had a salmon dial but didn't as I wasn't sure I could pull it off. You photos ...

Our tastes are so similar Wayne. I have thought about redialing mine to this Salmon, and ordering a honey brown gator strap. I think it would look so superb! But to have it on the gold bracelet as it came, and original, well that is the tops. I regretted ... 

This is the best AP ROC in my book, a worthy substitute for my long gone salmon jumbo. The WG case and bracelet are exceptional, which make me miss my salmon jumbo lesser. But I have to admit that sometimes my heart still skips a beat whenever i look back...
