AP is not planning for next year, or the year after. That work was completed long ago. This brand is looking at the next 5-10, 20 years. There is no doubt about that.

As someone who loves flyback chronographs, I was super excited about their new movement but I have a doubt about the minute sub dial, is it a sweeping or a jumping hand like the 7750? I use my chronographs to measure short intervals and sweeping hands are... 

These models' dials just do not work for me...nor did any Code dials before these... I do not 'get' what led Bennahmias to believe so strongly in these designs... and Lord knows, I love AP. Cases and movements are fantastic. MichaelC if you say AP has a l... 

I applaud AP for how they go about things. It is all mapped out to come, believe me.

Still not a top choice for me at this price point as there are more compelling watches, even from AP themselves, but at least they are getting closer to having a 2nd reference for people to consider besides the RO line
