Hi Arie. Let me confirm the correct reference # for the 37mm
It is actually the 15450OR. If you order a 15400, you will be getting a 41mm case.
Now, for the question, I highly recommend the 15450. I have seen it in person, and it is not too small for anyone. The dial proportions are about perfect. And in gold, I think you/she will enjoy it more.
My wife has a small wrist and thoroughly enjoys a 35-37mm watch.
