Hi all,
I’d like to share a positive story of when I had sent in 2 of my watches recently to AP singapore for servicing - a royal oak chrono 26331st and a 26401ro.
Even though they typically advise an 8-12 working weeks leadtime, they did an outstanding job and had each of my watches fully serviced FOC as part of my warranty coverage within a month !
All the while they have been extremely forthcoming and patient with their communication to me. Kudos to Joanne, Priscilla at singapore service center and Teresa, Yvonne and Lylia from the singapore boutique at Liat towers for all the excellent work!

In the U.S., AP service center in Clearwater, Florida is the gold standard.

This news is encouraging, as the Singapore service center has been at the center of most complaints on the forum.
Perhaps AP has has placed more focus on getting this location up to company standard. Or maybe they just sent some of our US AP-Clearwater folks there to show them how it is done! Either way, good to hear positive reports from AP Singapore.
