Audemars Piguet Juan Pablo Montoya!

I just got this one !

This watch was on my radar years before I became a collector when I first saw a print advertisement for it in, I believe, GQ magazine. At the time (probably around 2004), my interest in motorsports was blooming (in full flower today LOL) and the design of this piece, as well as the overall look of it, hit all the right notes. I have owned about five or six Royal Oaks and every time I went for one, I would consider the Montoya. At first it was too much money and I got the Safari. Lately, I thought it would be too large because in most spec sheets for the watch, it is claimed to be 44mmx15.5mm. (I measured it today: 42.6mmx14.5mm). I finally got to try this one on because it was for sale in unworn condition with full box and papers in my neighborhood. I took it on the spot. It is truly a stunning watch. Very pleased . . .

Would love to see more pictures. Cheers Marc

They have you work in a windowless office?

Or are you inflicting this on yourself? Are you some kind of scientist? Okay, I'll take it easy now. My office does have windows. But I... don't have an Offshore Montoya.

I agree —
