A different strap option on my Lange 1815 Auf / Ab
I had been looking for some time for a strap that's not alligator or leather for my Lange. The weather in HK is hot and humid most of the year, and even the rubber lined alligator strap I got from Camille Fournet can feel a bit uncomfortable at times. For sports watches, my favorite options are either tropic style straps, or two piece Nato / Zulu, but neither are really suitable for a watch as dressy as the 1815.
Until I came across the nylon fabric straps from Nomos, which are extremely comfortable and refined. Quality is really good, including the stainless steel tang buckle. I think this black / blue version complements this watch rather well. It's still smart enough that I could wear it in the dressiest of occasions, while resolving any comfort or sweat issue. Cherry on the cake: it comes from another Glashuette brand.

Looks like a very sound alternative. The colour of the strap
goes well with the hands.

A white metal 1815 or 1815 Up/Down is such a versatile watch! I think color is more important than material when it comes to the strap. This goes well.

I also saw some Lange on green or yellow nylon straps, frankly it is divisive, some people see it as a sacrilege but imo it looks very good, especially in summer
